Arcade1Up Pac-Man Deluxe, AtGames Legends Ultimate HD, and Arcade1Up Mortal Kombat sit in the $300–$900 living-room layer. The Arcade Co does not compete with Walmart on that carousel. We sell rec-room cabinets from $2,000 to $15,000. We score path, what is in the crate, the control panel, freight honesty, and whether the maker will still answer in 2028. A lot of “best of 2026” lists still stop at Class of ’81 Deluxe and AtGames Legends Ultimate. Those are 3/4-scale living-room unboxes. We crate Polycade, Dreamcade, X-Arcade, Skee-Ball, and Stern. If you want a rec-room cabinet, start here. If you want a $400 toy, Walmart will sell it cheaper than we would even if we stocked it.

Best designed steel: Polycade Sente $2,499

The Sente is a 90-pound powder-coated steel body, 25.5" W × 42" H × 14.5" D, with a 24-inch Full HD 1080p 75Hz panel and a gamer mini-PC in the drawer. Standard configuration is 256GB SSD, 8GB DDR5, Ryzen 6850U at $2,499. Sanwa JLF sticks, octagonal restrictors, eight gameplay buttons per player. Software is open: Polycade store, Steam, GOG, the library you already own. Freight is the rare published number on this floor: $250 continental US on one machine, $500 HI/AK, in-stock units ship 1–4 days, 3–7 in transit. Marquee steps to $2,699. Architectural Digest featured this cabinet twice. That is not a buying reason. The buying reason is a control panel that will still be a control panel after a year of kids. Best licensed US-assembled: Dreamcade Vision 32 $3,999 list

Dreamcade Vision 32 is a 32-inch HD upright (31-inch viewable), 300+ licensed titles in a custom front-end, Windows 11 PC, dual heavy-duty wheels, tilt-to-move, US final assembly and QC. It ships assembled. Dream Arcades currently publishes a $3,399 promotional price against a $3,999 list. The Arcade Co shows list. We are the dealer who does not race their homepage. You cannot add Steam. You cannot drop a ROM folder onto the SSD and call it Saturday. Dreamcade uses its own game menu. Retro Reload is a separate Dreamcade library with its own accounts. You cannot add Steam games to it. If you want the licensed menu in the crate with no software conversation, this is the award.

Search “arcade machine for home game room” and you will see Dreamcade Vision 40 a lot. Vision 40 is $4,599 list, 40-inch glass, 4-player panel available at order. Same licensed menu. If two kids and two adults stand at the same deck, step up. If two people play, stay on the 32. Liftgate on a residential driveway is not optional. Best empty American crate: X-Arcade Machine 32 $2,000

X-Arcade (Xgaming, Pittsburgh) sells a commercial-grade, 73-inch, 400-pound, American-made upright with a 32-inch LED at $2,000 on shop.xgaming.com. No assembly. Important: games are not in the crate. You add boards, a PC, or a console. That honesty is why it is on this floor. The Arcade Co will not load ROMs onto an empty cabinet and then take a software return. If you want a turnkey licensed menu, buy Dreamcade. If you want a steel open PC, buy Polycade. If you want a real empty cabinet that will still be here in fifteen years, this is the cheap-for-what-it-is option. Liftgate required. Two people on the receiving end. Inspect the crate. This is the machine that destroys a month if you skip delivery photos.

Space Race cocktail is also $2,000. The 250-game bundle is discontinued. Treat the cocktail as hardware, not a licensed multicade. Best alley: Skee-Ball Premium $4,499

Skee-Ball Home Arcade Premium is the Wisconsin maker’s finished home alley at a public $4,499. Five 2.75-inch balls, classic lit playfield, digital scoring, 110V. Optional professional installation is $949 on their menu. Premium+ is $5,999 (maple or dark woodgrain). Classic Free Play is $8,995: industry-standard 10-foot ramp, front metal cage, handcrafted in the USA. The Arcade Co will not sell the China-made Deluxe as a substitute for the Classic. If the stair cannot take a 10-foot alley, buy Premium. An alley is a path, not a box. Measure length, ceiling, and the turn at the bottom of the stairs. ICE Games is the commercial cousin. Best pinball: Stern James Bond 007 Pro $6,999

Stern James Bond 007 Pro is the pinball The Arcade Co will actually crate on a rec-room ticket. Official Pro street $6,999. This cart is 110V home and light-commercial. No coin mech on add-to-cart. Coin door, 220V, FEC floor, ICE Games operator iron: write us. Do not buy ICE iron for a bonus room.
