Returns, refunds, warranty

Warranty is the manufacturer’s, on the serial, as written by Polycade, Dream Arcades, X-Arcade, or Skee-Ball. The Arcade Co is the dealer of record. We open the RMA. We do not invent coverage.

Returns: unused, original crate, authorized in writing, 15% restocking plus reverse freight unless the unit is dead on arrival and we agree. Licensed software and installed alleys are not mood returns. A 400-pound cabinet coming back is a freight event.

Refunds go to the original tender within 10 business days after the factory or the carrier closes the claim and the unit is received back. Financing cancellations follow the lender’s rules, not ours.

This page will be rewritten per supplier once dealer packets are signed. Until then, treat it as the house default.
