Returns, refunds, warranty

Warranty is the manufacturer’s, on the serial, as written by Polycade, Dream Arcades, X-Arcade, or Skee-Ball. The Arcade Co is the authorized dealer. We open the RMA. We do not invent coverage.

Returns: unused, original packaging, authorized in writing, 15% restocking plus return shipping unless the unit is dead on arrival and we agree. Licensed software and installed alleys are not mood returns. A 400-pound cabinet coming back is a full return shipment.

Refunds go to the original tender within 10 business days after the factory or the carrier closes the claim and the unit is received back. Financing cancellations follow the lender’s rules, not ours.

This page will be rewritten per supplier once dealer packets are signed. Until then, treat it as the house default.
