Warranty on the serial

Coverage is the manufacturer’s, as written by Polycade, Dream Arcades, X-Arcade / Xgaming, Skee-Ball, Stern, or Jersey Jack. The Arcade Co is the dealer of record. We open the RMA. We do not invent extra years.

Damage on delivery is a freight claim, not a warranty claim. Photograph the crate on the truck. 48 hours on concealed damage.

Licensed software, installed alleys, and pinball that has been in a rec room are not 30-day mood returns. Unused, original crate, authorized in writing: 15% restocking plus reverse freight unless we agree dead-on-arrival.
