Unused, original crate, authorized in writing. 15% restocking plus reverse freight unless we agree dead-on-arrival. Licensed software, installed alleys, and pinball that has been in a rec room are not mood returns. A 400 lb cabinet coming back is a freight event.

Do these cabinets ship assembled?

Dream Arcades and X-Arcade uprights ship assembled. Polycade Sente ships as a steel cabinet you hang or stand. Skee-Ball alleys ship as a path. Stern and Jersey Jack pinball ship on a pallet. The product page states the maker’s method.

What power do I need?

110V residential unless the PDP says 220V. Nothing on this floor is a 220V FEC piece. Dedicated circuit if a pinball and a cabinet share a wall. Coin mech / operator iron is a contact-form quote, not add-to-cart.

What is the damage-on-delivery rule?

Do you sell Arcade1Up?

No. This floor starts at a real control panel and a real crate. Arcade1Up and AtGames bartops are compared on /compare so you can see why. If you want a $400 Walmart cabinet, that is a different store. The $199 Tankstick is the honest sub-$300 SKU if you just need to play.
