The Arcade Co operates in Utah. This page is how we handle information on thearcadeco.com. Effective August 2026.
What information we collect
What you type: name, email, phone, ship-to, and the message on a contact form. What the cart holds: cabinet slug, quantity, cash price. What we ask before a truck: path photos, stair turns, ceiling height. What the browser stores: cart, theme preference, session. We do not ask for a Social Security number on this site.
Cabinets on this floor run $2,000 to $15,000. A freight quote needs a real address. If you will not give one, we will not book the crate.
How we use your information
To quote freight, take the ticket, open an RMA, answer the hall, and keep the cart you already built. To email or call about the cabinet you asked about. To measure ads that already pointed at this floor. We do not sell your name to a list broker.
Cookies and tracking
The cart and the light/dark theme live in your browser so the page does not forget the ticket when you change aisles. Session cookies keep checkout from dropping the crate mid-form. Analytics cookies tell us which cabinet pages get read. You can block cookies in the browser. The floor still loads. The cart may not remember.
Third-party services
Google Analytics counts visits and which machines get opened. Google Ads measures the click that landed you here and whether a ticket was started. North Payments handles checkout when a card is taken. Card numbers go to North, not to a spreadsheet on this domain. Each of those companies has its own policy. We do not control their servers.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS. We do not store full card data on thearcadeco.com. Access to order notes is limited to the people who quote the crate. No system is unbreakable. If we learn of a breach that involves your record, we will write the email on file.
Your rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident you can ask what personal information we hold, ask us to delete it, and tell us not to sell or share it. We do not sell personal information as CCPA defines a sale. Write info@thearcadeco.com with the request. We will verify you are the person on the ticket before we pull or wipe a record. We will not discriminate for exercising those rights.
