Terms of service
The Arcade Co, Utah. These terms govern thearcadeco.com and any ticket we take for a home arcade cabinet. Effective August 2026.
Acceptance of terms
Using this site, requesting a freight quote, or placing an order means you accept these terms. If you do not, leave the floor. We can update this page. The date at the top is the version that applies to tickets taken after it.
Product descriptions and pricing
This floor is full-size home arcade cabinets, roughly $2,000 to $15,000 cash, plus freight unless a maker publishes a number on the crate. Specs, weights, and game lists come from the manufacturer. We do not invent a title count. List and street can move. MAP is respected. A public discount from the factory does not mean we will go under it to close a text. Photos are of the model, not a promise that your serial is the one in the shot. Errors get corrected. We will not honor a typo that prices a 400 lb cabinet like a USB stick.
Orders and payment
A ticket is an offer. We accept it when we confirm the crate, the path, and the tender in writing. Payment is collected through North Payments at checkout, or by another method we put on the invoice. Financing estimates on product pages are cash divided by term, not an approval and not APR. We can refuse an order that will not fit the stair, that asks us to load unlicensed software, or that we cannot freight.
Shipping and delivery
Cabinets and alleys ship freight. Parcel is the exception. Liftgate and a clear path are on you unless the quote says otherwise. Inspect the crate on the truck. Photograph crushed corners before you sign. Concealed damage: 48 hours. The full house rule is on shipping.
Returns and warranty
Warranty is the manufacturer’s, on the serial. The Arcade Co is the dealer of record. We open the RMA. We do not invent extra years. Returns: unused, original crate, authorized in writing, 15% restocking plus reverse freight unless we agree dead-on-arrival. Licensed software, installed alleys, and pinball that has been in a rec room are not mood returns. Detail lives on returns and warranty.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for a cabinet that will not make the stair after you skipped the path photos. We are not liable for game lists you wanted that the maker never put in the crate. We are not liable for freight damage you signed for without photos. To the extent Utah law allows, our liability on a ticket is capped at the amount you paid us for that ticket. We are not liable for lost rec-room nights, lost profit, or consequential damage.
Intellectual property
The Arcade Co name, this site, and our copy are ours. Cabinet names, marquees, and licensed titles belong to the makers (Polycade, Dream Arcades, Xgaming / X-Arcade, Skee-Ball, Stern, Jersey Jack, and the rights holders behind those libraries). Do not scrape this floor to clone a dealer site. Do not use our photos as if you warehouse the iron.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for a dispute that is not resolved in writing is the state or federal courts sitting in Utah.
